From a nervous market to leads at AED 6
Over a decade selling premium Dubai real estate to international buyers — across developers like Sobha, Nakheel and Meraas. When regional conflict and the ceasefire that followed shook those buyers, we built a funnel that kept producing: cheap leads, reactivated past clients, and a steady pipeline on a deliberately small budget.
We launched into a genuinely tough window. A spell of regional uncertainty in mid-2026 — and the ceasefire that quickly followed — briefly unsettled international buyers at the exact moment confidence matters most for Dubai property. Alina needed a pipeline that held up while the market was nervous — without spending heavily to get it.
Elizaveta built the funnel around a curated property catalog — a real reason for international investors to raise their hand — and ran it across Europe, to Russian and English-speaking buyers, and India, using both video and image creative. Because the budget was deliberately small, the strategy was tailored rather than broad. India in particular was targeted narrowly and kept tightly qualified: broad Indian-market lead-gen tends to deliver high volume at very low cost but weak intent, so a tighter audience held the cost per lead down while keeping the leads genuinely engaged.
Across both campaigns, cost per lead held as low as AED 5.98 out of India and AED 24.91 from Europe — exceptional efficiency while international confidence was shaken. And because the funnel re-engaged their own past contacts, a nervous market still turned into live conversations.

Even on a small budget, the AINEXA founder didn't only chase new strangers. She rebuilt the client's existing customer list inside Meta and put the campaign back in front of contacts the client already had — so people the client had spoken to months ago came back into live conversations, for a fraction of what fresh leads usually cost.
“I've sold Dubai property for over ten years, so I've worked with plenty of marketers — and we launched at one of the most nervous moments this market has had. What surprised me most was that even on a small budget, Elizaveta didn't just bring me new leads. She found a way to put my campaign back in front of clients I already had in my own contact list, and people I'd spoken to months ago came back into the conversation. The cost per lead was lower than I expected, the pipeline stayed alive through a difficult period, and she clearly understands how this market really works.”
